Dhunseri Poly Films Pvt. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dhunseri Ventures Ltd., The company was incorporated on 28th November 2020.
State of the Art 10.5 meter Bruckner, Germany Polyester Film (BOPET) production line is Installed at Panagarh, West Bengal, Production to commence from September 2023.
In the second phase , the group is putting up two BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Films) production lines by 2025-2026.

Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd. (DTIL) has been expanding its Business operations and it presently has 12 Tea Estates and 14 Tea Factories in Assam. It also has two Tea Estates in Malawi, East Africa where plantation of Tea and Macadamia are being undertaken.
The total production capacity of DTIL is about 210 lakh kgs of Tea and 4.10 lakh kgs of Macadamia.
Under the leadership of Mr. C. K. Dhanuka and Mr. Mrigank Dhanuka; DTIL is one of the 10 largest Tea manufacturing companies, and it is expected to become one of the largest producers of Macadamia.

Mr. C. K. Dhanuka is a graduate in Commerce and has over 40 years of experience in the industry. An industrialist by occupation, he is the Ex-Chairman of FICCI (Eastern Regional Council) and is also a member of the National Committee of FICCI. Mr. C.K Dhanuka was the Ex-Chairman of the Indian Tea Association and the Ex-Vice Chairman of the Tea Board. He was also the Ex-President of the All India Organization of Employers.
Mr. M. Dhanuka is the son of Mr. C. K. Dhanuka and the Director of the Company. He is also on the Board of other associate companies of the group. He is a B.Com (Hons) graduate from Calcutta University. He has also undergone a three year course on Industrial & Operations Engineering from University of Michigan, USA. He had his initial training with the group companies and has gathered considerable experience in all areas of business, particularly in Tea & Petrochemicals.
Mr. Mayank Beriwala is a graduate in commerce and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by qualification with a consistent and comprehensive academic track record. He has a working experience of more than 16 years. He has a wide experience in the field of Finance and has made decisive contribution for the growth and functioning of the Company and the group.
Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sharma is a graduate in commerce from University of Calcutta, a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification with a consistent and comprehensive academic track record. He has a total working experience of around 35 years, out of which his association with Dhunseri Group is for around 24 years. He has a wide experience in the field of Finance including Project Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Secretarial, Contract Negotiation, Project Management, ERP Implementation, International Trade etc. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Dhunseri Poly Films Private Limited.
Mrs. Anuradha Kanoria is a B.A. (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi. She is running a charitable coaching center for children in rural Bengal and is a Committee Member of Millennium Mams and a Member of Advisory Committee, Ladies Study group.
