Mr. Chandra Kumar Dhanuka is the driving force behind the Dhunseri Group’s rise as a diversified global business house. With over 40 years of industrial experience, he has successfully led the Group's transformation across tea, petrochemicals and flexible packaging sectors. He is the Ex-Chairman of FICCI (Eastern Regional Council) and is also a member of the National Committee of FICCI. Mr. Dhanuka was the Ex-Chairman of the Indian Tea Association and the Ex-Vice Chairman of the Tea Board. He was also the Ex-President of the All India Organization of Employers.
Under his leadership, Dhunseri Tea & Industries has become one of the top ten tea producers in India, with a strong presence in India and Malawi. Known for his foresight, integrity, and people-centric approach, Mr. Dhanuka also plays a key role in the Group’s CSR initiatives, actively promoting education, healthcare, and sports development through the Dhanuka Dhunseri Foundation. He continues to inspire a culture of excellence, sustainability, and inclusive growth.
Mr. Mrigank Dhanuka plays a pivotal role in driving the Group’s long-term business strategy, international ventures, and digital transformation initiatives. A next-generation leader, he brings a global perspective to Dhunseri’s legacy businesses and is actively involved in the growth of the poly films division, FMCG ventures, and PET operations. He has also undergone a three year course on Industrial & Operations Engineering from University of Michigan, USA.
Mrs. Bharati Dhanuka holds a Diploma in Fashion Production (Accessories) from the University of Arts, London, and is on the Board of several Companies of the Group. She is actively involved in the business of gift packaging since a decade under brand ‘The Packaging Tree’ and is presently heading the brand ‘Paparaty’, an online shop in India and Singapore which provides a wide range of personalized products and gift packaging solutions.
Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sharma has a total working experience of around 35 years, out of which his association with Dhunseri Group is for around 24 years. He has a wide experience in the field of Finance including Project Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Secretarial, Contract Negotiation, Project Management, ERP Implementation, International Trade etc. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Dhunseri Poly Films Private Limited.
Mrs. Anuradha Kanoria is a B.A. (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi. She is running a charitable coaching center for children in rural Bengal and is a Committee Member of Millennium Mams and a Member of Advisory Committee, Ladies Study group.
